 Victorian-era silhouettes inspired the ruffles that decorate necklines and tiers, adding dramatic flourishes to the most feminine kind of day dresses and gowns. 

I love this trend so feminine, but edgy at the same time! I have created 4 outfits that you can recreate to achieve this trend. So soft and elegant. I love the minimal makeup which draws more attention to the whole outfit! I think this trend will be my favourite. But also don't be afraid to match your makeup too with this dramatic look.
