Less feminine than summer's pretty bunch, this season's prints were dark, edgy and luxe. "Flocked fabrics and lace overlays added an air of ornateness, putting a fresh spin on the idea of flowers in winter," explained Lucinda Chambers, Vogue fashion director.

"Floral trend makes a big comeback every now and then. Usually it gets hotter during warmer seasons but Fall/ Winter 2012/ 2013 is going to be an exception. Following the bloom of florals in the Spring/ Summer 2012 collections we can expect re-invention of the trend in the upcoming season, but prints will become darker, edgier and more luxurious."

Floral prints are so hot!!! this A/W season, bright and chic floral prints are not just for Spring/Summer season. Floral prints is a real statement piece and should not be worn with clashing too many prints together. If you're wearing a floral dress, just wear it with tights and a plain jacket. Add abit of colour to your wardrobe and enhance your ultra femininity. When wearing a printed floral suit wear a plain top or blouse underneath and add simple accessories, you do not want to wear too much jewellery!!!!
